Constitution

FunFlight takes our responsibility towards the participants, our volunteers, the organisations we work with and our supporters seriously.

The FunFlight constitution describes what we stand for and what rules govern us. It documents the objectives of our organisation, what the directors and other office bearers can and cannot do, and how we deal with gifts and funds. As a public company we must appoint an auditor and lodge audited accounts with ASIC each financial year.
