The Defence Force have done all of the organising to hold a day for the children and their families. Unfortunately, we are not actually able to have any actual flights, but the day will include the chance for the kids to crawl all over a C17 Globe Master, THE ultimate military aircraft, an absolute monster of a plane! There will also be other attractions such as the Air Force Emergency Fire crews, Military Police dog display, plus the “usual” jumping castle, face painting (NOT Commando style!) and a BBQ.

If the previous RAAF event was anything to go by, it will be a huge success!

FunFlight & Andrew Gaze

On 8 May, the Channel 7 program 'The Guide to the Good Life' filmed a segment for the show at the Peninsula Aero Club at Tyabb. The show aired on 12 May.

We had invited 40 passengers from HeartKids, and the volunteer pilots from the PAC took them up, and showed them Phillip Island, Western Port Bay, the Mornington Peninsula and Port Phillip Bay from the air.

Andrew Gaze, the program presenter, interviewed a couple of families and FunFlight volunteers.
